Definitions & Interpretation

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Each individual person may hold only one active 256bd account. If 256bd identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, personal details, or any other matching criterion — all such accounts will be suspended pending investigation. 2.3 Personal Use Only
Your 256bd account is for your own personal use exclusively. You may not allow any other person to access, operate, or place bets through your account. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally.
2.4 Sound Judgement
By placing a bet or wager on 256bd, you confirm that you are acting of your own free will, that you are not under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs your judgement, and that you understand the nature and financial risk of the activity you are undertaking. 256bd accepts no responsibility for bets placed under circumstances where a Player's judgement was impaired.

Documents submitted for KYC must be current (not expired), clearly legible, and must match the personal details provided during registration. 256bd will review submitted documents within 48 hours during normal operating periods. 3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 256bd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. 256bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at and change your password without delay. 256bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Deposit Rules

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 256bd wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to credit during BST banking hours. 256bd does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 256bd.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 256bd will not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, and any such deposit will be returned to the source account less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳2,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed in full. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. 5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on 256bd are subject to acceptance by the platform. 256bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; the odds offered were published in error; the player's account is under review; or the bet is identified as potentially fraudulent or in violation of these terms. - Match betting markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant competition authority (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain-affected matches settled under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) are settled on the DLS result unless otherwise stated.
- In the event that a match is abandoned without a result being possible and no DLS result is applicable, all match betting markets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Player performance markets (top scorer, most wickets, man of the match) are settled on official competition statistics as published by the relevant cricket board within 48 hours of match completion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a player's 256bd account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using the player's bonus balance on qualifying games within the timeframe stated in the promotion. 6.4 Promotion Changes and Withdrawal
256bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working towards completing wagering requirements, 256bd will use reasonable endeavours to provide notice and to honour obligations already partially fulfilled, subject to the platform's fraud prevention and responsible gaming obligations.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 256bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
7.1 Fraudulent Activity

7.2 Money Laundering

Any winnings arising from the exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed. 7.4 Offensive or Harmful Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure
Either the player or 256bd may initiate the closure or suspension of a 256bd account under the circumstances described in this section.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your 256bd account at any time by contacting our support team at . Prior to closing your account, any real money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any applicable bonus balance subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.
8.2 Self-Exclusion

Where 256bd suspends or closes an account that has not been found to have breached these terms, any real money balance held in that account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, 256bd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the specific nature of the breach.
8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 256bd will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying dormant account administration fees. If the account remains inactive for a further period of six months after notification, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.
8.5 Changes to These Terms
256bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the 256bd platform after the updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
